2. Elevating Urban & Boutique Identities (Luxe & Palihouse)

For urban properties, the strategy shifted toward Niche Authority and Vibe-Driven Content.

  • Urban Energy: For the Luxe City Center, we captured the high-octane energy of Downtown Los Angeles, positioning the hotel as the premier hub for sports fans and business travelers.

  • Boutique Curation: For Palihouse, we focused on "The Art of the Stay," using cinematic, mood-driven photography to emphasize the unique design and curated lifestyle that justifies a premium boutique rate.

3. Strategic Performance & Revenue Focus

Beyond creative, every campaign was engineered for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) conversion.

  • Filling Rooms: We utilized data-driven targeting and retargeting campaigns to capture users in the travel-planning phase, significantly increasing direct bookings through site-integrated booking funnels.
